SJ series partial-turn gear operators are widely used in water plants, chemical plants, and power plants and for general industrial applications. SJ single-stage models have a speed ratio varying from 24:1 to 80:1 and torque ranging from 170NM to 2500NM.
Shell--refers to the cover is made of hard aluminum alloy, with anodizing treatment and polyester powder coating. High corrosion resistance, waterproof grade is IP67. IP68 and explosion-proof type are optional.

1.Position indicator-installed on the central shaft, used to observe the position of the valve. In order to avoid deposition and facilitate observation, it is designed by convex lens.
2.Heater and thermostat-used to control the temperature inside the actuator to avoid internal humidity
3.Limit switch-two mechanical and electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable. The electronic limit switch is an SPDT controlled by a cam. The position of the limit switch can be set accurately and conveniently through simple adjustments.
4. Torque switch-provides overload protection (except OHQ 005/008/010), and when the valve is blocked, the power is automatically cut off to avoid damage to the valve and actuator. (Factory setting, no need for user modification)
5.Self-locking-precision worm gear drives high torque, low noise (up to 50dB) and long service life. The self-locking function prevents reverse rotation, ensuring stability and reliability. The high-efficiency lubricating oil has been added before leaving the factory and no longer needs to be added.
